Hold My Heart was born out of the heart of a mother struggling to find balance between caring for her children and caring for herself. In a country that offers insufficient support for new parents, we want to be a beacon of light. We want to offer an extra set of hands and a caring smile, when you need them most.
Hold My Heart is for all expecting parents - those having a cesarean birth and those planning for a vaginal birth; those attempting an unmedicated birth and those wanting a more comfortable birth; those having their first child and those having their tenth. We pride ourselves on keeping our minds open and holding your heart, no matter the circumstances. Everyone deserves to have the best birth experience possible.

At Hold My Heart, we believe that doula care should be a standard for all expecting parents. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care at an affordable price - because YOU DESERVE IT!
In addition to affordable and flexible self-pay options, we are also enrolled with numerous health insurance organizations. All plans under NJ FamilyCare, as well as some individual and commerical plans, cover doula services - and we expect more to do so in the future! Until then, we are doing our best to make sure our care reaches everyone who needs it.

Stacy White
Owner/Perinatal Support Specialist
After many years of soul searching, Stacy created Hold My Heart in an effort to combine her passion for caretaking with her education and experience in business administration. Stacy is trained and certified as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, reproductive health counselor, and breastfeeding peer counselor through the Community Doulas of South Jersey and Uzazi Village and is in the process of enrolling as a provider through NJ FamilyCare.
Stacy loves to be a calming and uplifting presence in the lives of those around her. She also loves to make people laugh. Stacy is a mother of two awesome little girls, and loves to play volleyball, watch movies, and host get-togethers with her friends and family.
